*For both packages, a deposit of 1/3 the price of the package is due up front to reserve the day. 50% of the balance is due two weeks before the wedding. The remaining 50% is due promptly upon delivery of your proof book or prints and CDs.
*Proof magazines or prints and CDs will be ready for delivery within four weeks after the wedding. Albums will be ready for delivery within six weeks after the wedding. If a metal cover is chosen for the album, this can be an additional 20 days.
*All images remain the exclusive property of Kas Photography and we reserve the right to use them for display, publication, business website, or other purposes. Client releases any claim to profit that may arise from the use of these images.
*The prices listed here are good for all weddings in the greater Rochester area but I'm always happy to travel. Rates for traveling outside of Rochester can be quoted upon request.
*The utmost care will be taken in the exposure and handling of your photographs and digital files. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, any liability will be limited to a refund of the deposits upon the return of any photographs delivered.
